My top 3 goals upon starting health coaching with Alyson were finding
joy, consistent water drinking, and mindfulness. Alyson was able to
help me work toward these goals through small group coaching,
accountability and check-ins throughout the week. The biggest tangible
change | have noticed since beginning health coaching with Alyson has
been greater self-awareness! Alyson is positive but realistic, friendly,

| participated in group and 1:1 health coaching with Alyson to work on struggles with stress management, emotional eating and drinking, and making exercise a consistent habit. Alyson helped me by creating a space to look at the big picture and really analyze the root of some of my biggest challenges. She always meets me from a place of understanding, and has great, creative ideas! Since beginning health coaching with Alyson, I'm putting myself first more often. I'm more self aware, I've noticed I'm happier and have less anxiety. Alyson is in-tune, knowledgeable and determined to help.

Alyson helped me by going back to the basics- getting more sleep and developing wake up and before bed rituals, drinking more water, and planning/prepping meals for the week. She also helped me develop healthier comfort foods, and make an intentional plan for healthy swaps when my sugar cravings creep in! More importantly, she has helped me to learn to give myself grace when I'm not perfect and talk to/encourage myself like | would a friend. Although I've made dietary changes, those changes feel relatively minimal to the other habits she has helped me form, which influence my diet. Yes, | eat less sugar and more nutrient dense foods, but | realize that the changes I've made to my nutrition are more of a result from changing other habits in my life! It is coming more and more naturally to me to make healthy choices, give myself kindness and grace, and get back on track when | need to.
